Random Inspiration

I love working from historical patterns.  There's always some new technique to pick up, and most historical pattern companies are really good about including background information. It's like a mini-course on a specific era. Lately I'm still drawn to the early 19th century, but I can find pieces from any era to adore.  I have a bit of a wish list of garments(from various museums) that I'd love to replicate. I know some have already been patterned (the pink stays) and others can probably be adapted from similar patterns or draped. So I'm just going to leave this bit of eye candy here... until I get things rolling again.
