Wool Gloves

I finished my wool gloves while we were on our Rhine river cruise in December, though I re-knit the 2nd glove after we got home so the color transition would look better.

I'm not a huge fan of the peasant thumb but it works well in patterns with a lot of color or an even colorwork design.  My wool coat is black, so mostly you just see the black fingers when I'm wearing it with a peak of purple at the wrist.  If you're on Ravelry you can see my project page here.

I have about 1/2 skein of yarn left-over and I think I want to try some felting with it.
