I made this costume to wear to Oktoberfest this year. The skirt is a linen-type fabric and I loved the color and drape. The trim around the bottom has matching red flowers. The blouse/shift underneath 100% cotton and has eyelet trim around the arms. The bodice is made from a bottom-weight 100% cotton twill that is edged in red piping. There is also some light boning in the center front, and side seams. I'm looking to sell this for about the cost of materials, so it's a pretty fair deal for something worn only once!
