Freestanding Lace

I've been exploring new techniques with my embroidery machine (Brother PR6500) - it's referred to as freestanding lace and it's made on a water-soluble stabilizer. All of these designs were bought from Urban Threads.  They make great ornaments, appliques, gift embellishments, etc.
