This is my workhorse machine. It's got a 3/4 horsepower engine mounted underneath. It purrs when you turn it on.
Nice story behind it, too. A lady had posted it on Craigslist for free - she had retired from sewing and downsized to a smaller home and didn't have room for it. I wrote her about myself and how I was starting my own sewing business. She told me she had over 100 responses, but I was the only one who wanted it for myself and she wanted it to go to a good home.
I had to drive to Magnolia to pick it up. Dudley took one look at the beast and it's table and asked how it was going to fit in my Jeep. I said he'd be riding on the hood before I left the machine there. Fortunately, we made it fit.
